indexer process rss is 7GB+ more than allocated index memory quota when plasma as storage mode

    Description

      Observed that indexer process rss is 20GB+ more than allocated index memory quota when plasma as storage mode.
      Here is one of job where allowed indexer memory quota as 52GB and indexer process rss takes around 76GB.

      Observed similar behaviour in MOI where, indexer_rss is more than memory_used_storage by ~20GB.
