UI: Query workbench not showing the Bucket insights (seeing the bucket insights sporadically)

1. Create a cluster with Query, index nodes and bucket with data
2. Login as admin and go to query workbench
3. Create an index on the bucket above.
4. Query few queries on the index created.
5. Notice the bucket insights shown. The bucket insights might be shown for the bucket or many at time it is not shown at all.
6. Login to the cluster from a different browser (incognito might work too). Go to the query workbench. The bucket insights are not shown for the buckets in the system.
