Valgrind issues in couchstore/master

There are a number of Valgrind issues reported on couchstore/master - see: http://cv.jenkins.couchbase.com/view/Commit%20Validation/view/couchstore/job/couchstore-gerrit-master/label=ubuntu-1204/275/valgrindResult/

While none of these are "Leak (definitely lost)" - i.e. "hard" leaks, they are potentially real issues (the current configuration for the Jenkins couchstore-gerrit-master job only fails the build for "Leak (definitely lost)").

We should investigate and address these issues. Suggest the following approach:

• Categorise them into (1) KV-couchstore issues, (2) Map-Reduce couchstore issues and (3) external library issues (e.g. V8):
  1. KV-Engine /Storage team should fix.
  2. View-Engine / Storage team should fix.
  3. Add suppressions for any V8 (or similar) internal issues.
