    Description

      With the RBAC capabilities added in 5.0, we are allowing our customers to add many more users both internal and external to a server.  

      A large part of the management of these users will need to include the ability to export/import these users and role mappings.  This could be simply for config backup purposes, but also the use case of transferring a set of user permissions from one cluster to another.
