XDCR: Improve logging of 404s

    Description

      It is possible for the remote cluster to return a 404 from the _pre_replicate request.

      There are several potential reasons for the 404 including uuids_dont_match and not_my_bucket, and these are returned along with the 404 response.

      Please enhance the logging in parsePreReplicateResp to include the reason.
