DCP deletes are not sending xattrs

I've enabled xattrs in the dcp open command and am able to receive xattrs when I receive mutation messages but not delete messages. Interestingly I did notice that one of the 10 times I ran my test I was able to receive xattrs for a delete, but in all of the other test runs xattrs were not received. I've attached a packet trace and then script I'm using to load data. If you wan to reproduce this just load the data with the script and run a backup with cbbackupmgr.
