[FTS] Improve logging by using pkg/errors

Employing pkg/errors (https://github.com/pkg/errors) or the idea behind it to annotate logs - especially in libraries like cbgt, to annotate content all the way up the stack so the caller can put together meaningful content before emitting to the log files.

This would remove clutter and make the log files look far better readable.
