Need to validate/document REST in manual and on Wiki

The current REST documentation is believe to be out of step with recent changes.

We need to find a way to review and update the documentation (and use it as the basis for the WIKI article.

Matt is super busy right now, not sure wehther we can have someone else do it (could Altoros maybe at least be used to verify the URIs used?), otherwise I guess it needs to be given back to Matt.

Completed:

-Rewrite REST Chapter in Server Guide for CB 1.8.1 (KZ)

Open:

-2.0 REST Changes for Server Guide (compaction, etc)
-Metadocs/Language Reference Content: request, parameters, payload, JSON/Other response: 1.81 + 2.0
