[UI] Buckets tab does not update ops per second or # of items in a bucket unless page is refreshed

Basically if you are loading a lot of data or even executing gets, the bucket tab does no update the number of items or the number of ops/sec unless the page is refreshed. And even after you refresh the page that ops/sec is never updated again either. On the classic UI the ops/sec is updated every X seconds (not sure exactly how long it takes). Have attached a screenshot of a bucket still registering 4 ops/sec a minute or two after I executed those ops

There is a similar bug under the query tab where if you create a new bucket that bucket doesn't appear under the non-indexed buckets(in the query pane) until the page is refreshed or you create an index on that bucket.

Repro steps:

Trigger the travel-sample load, and then go to the buckets tab. You will see that the ops/sec and item counts are not going up
