setting per-node ram quota changes the size of the default bucket as well

    Description

      Using the rest command below, we can change the ram quota per node. However this also changes the quota for the default bucket, which causes you to go over quota if you have more than one bucket.

      We either need a rest call to change the quota post install, or we need to decouple the default bucket from this rest call.
