[CX] Shadows and bucket in CBAS are not deleted if the bucket is deleted in KV

    Description

      • If the Analytics bucket is connected, and a deletion of the KV bucket or a UUID change is detected the bucket will be disconnected.
      • If the Analytics bucket is disconnected, a reconnect will either be successful and ingestion is resumed (if the UUID is unchanged) or the reconnections fails with an error message (if datasets exist on the bucket).
      • To reconnect all datasets on the Analytics bucket need to be removed or the connect statement needs to explicitly override the failure (in this case existing data in the dataset is removed before re-ingestion).
