cbq-engine does not generating opaque correctly

    Description

      While debugging MB-24521 it was noticed that cbq-engine was not generating opaque correctly, which made it difficult to debug the problem.

      From the field side we use the opaque being unique to help with ease of debugging problems, in Couchbase Server 4.6, memchached even logs the opaque when there is a slow operations.

      Which allows us to cross refer tcpdump and memcached.log quickly. There are also talks on going about exposing the opaque in other places.
