[UI] - Nodes without data service show "N/A" for data service stats

    Description

      For nodes without the data service, most of the statistics show "N/A" which may make the user wonder whether they are not showing up for some reason or be otherwise confused. (see screenshot)

      For nodes without other services, we don't show the statistics for those services (i.e., data service-only nodes don't show query stats).  We should try to make this consistent
