[RBAC] Changing password of a user with role admin through UI is not working.

On a 1 node cluster with kv,index and n1ql do the following:
1. Create bucket test.
2. Create a user test with role admin and password as password.
3. Sign out of the UI and try to login with username test and password as password.
I am able to sign in.
4. Change the password of user test to password123.
5. Sign out of UI and try to login with username test and password as password123.
6. I am not able to login.
7. I am still able to login with username test and password as password( the old password).
