Log messages not in proper format

I'm seeing log lines such as below:

[FDB INFO] Forestdb blockcache size 1048576 initialized in 86 us

This does not match the minimum required log format which is supposed to look like:

2017-06-16T12:20:35.882+00:00 [Info] FDB Forestdb blockcache size 1048576 initialized in 86 us

Note that the timestamp and log level portions of the log line are standardized for all components. Further, the log level must be settable by user.
