Seeing 2 security buttons in the UI

    Description

      I updated my local dev server to 5.0.0-3158. After logging in and trying to create an RBAC user. I'm seeing 2 Security buttons in the navigation.

      Steps to repro:

      • Download 5.0.0-3158 Enterprise for mac
      • Setup the cluster
      • You should see 2 Security buttons.
