MossStore created orphan files when index is created with "maxPartitionsPerPIndex": 64

    Description

      When creating an FTS index with 16 pindexes on a cluster of 2xKV, 2xFTS nodes, I noticed that there are two files of abnormal size.

      Also note that when I deleted the index, while the index creation is still going, these two files are not deleted by the Delete Index operation.
