Rebalance failure

Steps:

1. Latest build installed on 1 node
2. Start memcachetest -h 10.1.5.71 -i 50000 -l -M 500 -F -t 16
3. Add server 10.1.5.72
4. Rebalance
5. Failover server 10.1.5.72
6. The server now shows up as green in the display with "Add back" as an option
7. pressed the add back to cluster green thing and server went to pending add
8. pressed rebalance

got the below immediately after rebalance started. diags attached.
