Description
When running netcat as part of cbcollect we do not pass a timeout, this means that this command can hang forever (or socket timeout) and we never actually get a cbcollect.
It's possible to pass a timeout using the '-w' flag, so we should do this to protect netcats which never return from hanging cbcollect.
Alternatively we could add a default timeout to every task that we schedule as part of cbcollect to pre-emptively protect us in future.
