Add plasma diagnostics to cbcollect_info

    Description

      There is apparently a diagnostic endpoint in plasma (see MB-25307).

      Is there anything there that would be useful in debugging a customer case? If so, then this should be added to cbcollect_info, ideally before spock ships.
