Indexer stats shown incorrectly when index nodes are swap rebalanced

Build 5.0.0-3492
Observed that indexer stats shown when index swap rebalance is going on are not correct.
Steps to reproduce:
1. create a cluster and load few million items(in my test I added 100M)
2. create index
3. add another index node and remove current index node and rebalance
Check the UI stats.

Here are issues:
1. 2 index stats shown for same index and both are same. They should be shown for each server node.
2. Few stats like data size, fragmentation, disk size are shown as addition of two server stats.
