Blocker Description
Install Couchbase Server 5.0.0-3499 on a Windows Server 2012 R2.
Use rest API to do initial setup
Go to Server desktop
Open DOS windows
Go to Couchbase Server bin directory.
Run command couchbase-cli.exe => command failed to run with error
"This app can't run on your PC"
This server was installed with sign build
