    Description

      Web-console/UI changes related to https://issues.couchbase.com/browse/MB-20298 :

         -  Display query_tmpspace path and quota defaults during cluster setup; allow editing

         -  Provide option to change query_tmpspace path and quota in settings page.

         -  Provide similar options in Query Runtime Preferences (Query Workbench) ONLY for queries run in the QWB.
