Don't suggest a username when going through the installation wizard

The setup screen should not automatically suggest 'Administrator' as a username. Given that we encourage users to have good security policies, I don't think that we should set a default username for the cluster administrator. Forcing users to select their own admin username at least makes clusters slightly more secure.
