    Description

      Looking at the commit here https://github.com/couchbase/couchbase-cli/commit/41e9ec106427364ab54d59a0d33ec6b27f75d360, it looks like the cbbackup is using port 11209 for ssl backup, which is a port dedicated for internal bucket communications. Port 11207 should be used instead.
