[RocksDB] Re-enable rocksdb ep_testsuite tests

    Description

      A number of rocksdb tests intermittently fail - for example:

      ep_testsuite.full_eviction.rocksdb:

      To avoid this causing spurious failures for other people's tests, I've disabled the rocksdb tests in Jenkins (see TESTS_EXCLUDE on kv_engine-linux-master job).

      Once these tests are stable, we should re-enable them.
