Rebalance ID needs to be in diag or info log

    Description

      Background
      To debug indexer rebalance quickly it is important to identify the Rebalance ID, current this is only storage in the debug.log

      Problem

      The debug.log on many production system wraps in a day. It normally takes a user a few days to report a problem and upload logs.

      Expectation
      Given that the Rebalance ID id Fundamental for debugging Index rebalance, it would be useful if it is stored in one of the other log files, ideally in daig, beside the rebalance logging that we have today.
