Description
During a validation attempt for Couchbase Server 5.0.0 Enterprise for OpenShift, an error was raised regarding RPM verification. Installing the RPM on a RHEL 7 server (using the CentOS 7 package) and running 'rpm --verify' directly showed this:
# rpm --verify couchbase-server-5.0.0-3519.x86_64
S.5....T. c /opt/couchbase/etc/couchdb/local.ini
SM5....T. c /opt/couchbase/var/lib/couchbase/config/config.dat
.M...UG.. /usr/lib/systemd/system/couchbase-server.service
According to https://www.webair.com/community/verify-rpm-package-integrity/ , this indicates to the OpenShift validation a potential security issue (modified files), and as a result the image can't be published until the verify runs clean.
