[CX] Perf: Ratio of buckets to datasets

Analytics allows the creation of zero or more datasets for each bucket. We need to determine what typical ratios between

• a bucket and the number of datasets
• the size of different datasets from a single bucket
  are to design test data and queries accordingly.
