"method SetTransport has wrong number of ins: 2" error when create index

Install Couchbase Server 4.6.4-4554 on 2 centos 7.2 servers.
export NS_SERVER_CBAUTH_USER at both nodes
export NS_SERVER_CBAUTH_PWD at both nodes
Create 2 nodes cluster with services kv, index, n1ql and fts on master node (224)
Create default bucket.
Load json data to default bucket.
Create index using cbindex command

 /opt/couchbase/bin//cbindex -type create -bucket default -using forestdb -index age -fields=age

Index is created but it throw out error like

2017/10/11 10:55:06 method SetTransport has wrong number of ins: 2

Index created: 16328790905790016388 with ""

I will check old build if it is regression.
