[Improved Doc Editor] if url is hit with a bucket that does not exist proper error should be thrown

    Description

      If the url is hit with a bucket name that does not exist, it is just saying "No Results" - error message should say the bucket does not exist - the bucket dropdown is getting filled in with the invalid name as well - screenshot attached
