Failure to save metadata purge interval doesn't show an error

    Description

      In the auto-compaction settings screen, changing the metadata purge interval to ".4" won't allow it to save, yet doesn't show any error indicating that it didn't save.

       

      Two issues:

      1) The field seems to require a "0" before any decimal point which seems a little restrictive (i.e. ".4" doesn't work, but "0.4" does)

      2) When entering ".4" and clicking save, it doesn't give a save confirmation nor failure
