Description
Deploy an Amazon Linux 2017.09
Login as ec2-user.
Change to super user.
Install Couchbase release package https://packages.couchbase.com/releases/couchbase-release/couchbase-release-1.0-4-x86_64.rpm
Run yum update to update server.
Install Couchbase Server via yum
yum install couchbase-server

Check if Couchbase Server is running by grepping beam.smp process. No processes returned.
Manuall start Couchbase Server, failed to start.

A work around is using Couchbase Server 5.0.0 AMI in market place.
I will post log and credential to login to instance below.
