[CX] Consider eliminating support for ingesting data from watson

    Description

      In the developer previews there was support for external Watson buckets. This was added as the only generally available CB servers were Watson servers.
      However, after the release on 5.0, this is not the case anymore and so we drop the support for Watson buckets (and drop the support for non-RAC authentication).
