Description
When testing query with IPv6 (passed in by ns server - see [Ns server IPv6 design doc |https://docs.google.com/a/couchbase.com/document/d/1DcWvbDi7raH7ZsE2_q6eii476nCAtXdw8Atc29nUFK0/edit?usp=sharing] and [Query design doc for IPv6| https://docs.google.com/document/d/1CyrQQzXNsNuT4GujlxWYB18mJfykBZb_X9zaVHXT4ss/edit?usp=sharing])
