CBAS query performance is bad if they query has a wide range predicates and its using secondary index for filtering

CBAS query performance is bad if they query has a wide range predicates and its using secondary index for filtering, in this case, customer can use hint /* +skip-index */ in the predicates expressions to avoid using the secondary index. But we need to find a better way to handle this at storage level.
