Add cbimport capabilities in web console UI

Add cbimport capabilities to cluster management web UI - it would be an absolute killer feature and a natural evolution for us with our leading edge management web console.
 
Consider a cloud-only customer who wants to load data from their laptop into their cloud instance of CB.  Just to do that simple task they have to install local tools and learn to run them.  There are many other ways of course, but this would be a natural request from customers.
 
It should be easier to do - that was one challenge we had in our workshop so it’s very fresh for me
 
Similar need for cbbackup, etc too.  Can we wrap the capabilities of those tools without a lot of rewriting?
