Add UI warning when View Index process is using more RAM than expected

In some cases, complex MapReduce functions can cause the RAM usage of the View Engine process to bloat which can result in OOM kills (especially memcached). The UI should warn the user when their views are using too much RAM and potentially stop the Index from building to avoid further issues as a result.
