Memory limit not set properly (and no warning message) when using 32-bit build to configure >4GB RAM

Steps to reproduce:
-Install 32-bit version of our software on a 64-bit OS
-Configure bucket with RAM > 4GB
-UI/config shows that it is still set
-Look at ep stats and see that it is not set properly.
-Logs continuously print message about trying to set it:
