Key press repeat does not work in the doc editor

Server version: 5.1.0-1544.

1. Load default bucket with 50000 docs
2. Browse to the document editor UI
3. Click on the Limit/offset/copy icon for a document.
4. Press and hold a key.

Actual:
The character only shows up once

Expected:
The character should repeat till the key is let go.
