While upgrading from 4.5.1 GA to 5.1.0-1499, remove/rebalance of KV node hangs

    Description

      Environment :

      2 kv, 2 index, 2 query nodes of 4.5.1 GA cluster

       

      Steps to reproduce :

      1. 15000 kv loaded to 4.5.1 GA cluster
      2. Keep KV get/upsert, N1QL query against the server
      3. Add one 5.1.0-1499 KV node(172.17.0.4) and rebalance
      4. Remove one 4.5.1 GA KV node(172.17.0.10) and rebalance (hangs at around 70~75%)

      Attached server logs.

       

      Up to 5.1.0-1480 worked.
