Azure : Unable to deploy 5.0 cluster using template from the portal

    Description

      I am trying to deploy a Couchbase Enterprise 5.0 cluster using the template on Azure portal, but it is stuck in the deploying phase forever. Deployment phase did not complete even after 1+ hr. Here are the steps I followed :

      1. Search for Couchbase Enterprise (BYOL) and click Create
      2. Specify Admin Creds, Subscription (QE in this case) and Resource Group (test), Location (West US)
      3. Go with default shape (Standard DS12 v2), Server Node Count = 2, Disk Size = 128 GB, Server Version = 5.0.0, Sync Gateway Node Count = 0, Sync Gateway Version = 1.5.1
      4. Click OK

      It starts deployment after this, and doesnt complete. This used to work earlier, and was tested for 5.0 release. Has the template changed after that ?

      Tried with and without Sync Gateway nodes, different regions, different node counts for Couchbase server, nothing worked.
