    Description

      There is a major regression in build 5.5.0-1655 causing very poor DCP performance.

      The issue can be reproduced even during initial data load:
      1) Create a cluster with 4 nodes and 1 bucket
      2) Load 100M items
      3) Observe very low replication rate
