    Description

In MB-16203 we added the ability to pass a directory to the Indexer to write breakpad minidumps to. At the time, there was a comment that a similar directory already existed:

Note: there is an existing directory /opt/couchbase/var/log/couchbase/crash used for memcached minidumps - i.e. a sibling to logs. If you chose to use that same directory for indexer / projector then cbcollect_info and/or users would have a single place to look for files which "shouldn't" normally exist.

Unfortunately, this directory was not used, but nor was the new one added to cbcollect_info, so the minidumps will never be collected.

We need to either add the new directory to cbcollect_info, or change the indexer (and any other component) to use a the current directory, making it a "unified" directory for minidumps.

      The latter seems most sensible.
