    Description

      Build : 5.5.0-1719

On Windows, couchbase-cli is broken. It crashes when running any command.

      C:\Program Files\Couchbase\Server\bin>couchbase-cli.exe node-init -c 127.0.0.1 -u Administrator -p password --node-init-data-path C:\data --node-init-hostname localhost

Marking this as a Test Blocker since it affects a lot of jobs in regression testing for Windows.
