Windows 5.5.0-1750 : Unable to initialize cluster. Stuck on New Cluster Configure screen

    Description

      Build : 5.5.0-1750

      On Windows, with build 5.5.0-1750, setting up a cluster manually using the UI is not working. It gets stuck on the New Cluster / Configure screen, inspite of providing settings that should work. Also there is no feedback given on the screen indicating that there is some problem with the user supplied settings.

      This worked fine in 5.5.0-1719
