Description
Google Benchmark tests can be output in CSV or JSON format to a file, however CBNT only accepts data in a specific XML format. As such, we are missing results from a lot of tests which are being run.
We should create a tool which can ingest the raw output from the Benchmark results and produce an XML version of this which CBNT can consume.
