LDAP (saslauthd connector) should state in the logs its status

    Description

      Currently if LDAP is disabled in the couchbase-cli you have not indication, UI or logs that this is the case. you see errors in the logs that the port is closed and saslauthd crashed.

      It should be stated clearly that LDAP is disabled for clarity, field ops and faster support case solving.
