importing a function always defaults the first alias to source bucket

Steps to Repro:
1) Created a function. Alias is created on a dst bucket.
2) Exported the function.
3) Imported the function, the first alias always defaults to source bucket even when the exported function had alias on dst bucket.

I have attached a exported function. Use that to repro the issue.
