[upgrade] Offline upgrade from 4.0.0 to vulcan 5.5.0-1911 teared down 4.0.0 cluster.

    Description

      Install Couchbase Server 4.0.0 on 2 centos 6.x
      Create a cluster of 2 nodes 4.0
      Download 5.0.0-5.5.0-1911 to 2 nodes.
      Do offline upgrade (rpm -U couchbase...rpm)
      After upgrade is done, cluster is teared down.
      I see errors when doing upgrade
